Besides, customers can send their workers to Chans vision for learning. Similarly Chans vision can send the engineers to customer factory for training. Such as: basic theory, safety protection, machine operation and maintenance training.

The warranty period of the machine is 1 year with free installation and free training.

XYC-TEK will assign an engineer to follow your machine. If you have any problems, our engineer will diagnose the problems and deal with them by network remote service and online telephone service. Besides, we also can arrive your factory for technical inspections, routine maintenance and inspection of equipment, also solve your doubts.
